On behalf of my staff and as Monroe County's Tax Collector, it is my privilege to welcome you to, our official auction web site for the 2019 Tax Certificate Sale. BidMonroe will benefit Monroe County taxpayers and investors by providing an easy and equitable bidding process.

The Monroe County Tax Certificate Sale will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2019. All bids must be submitted on our tax certificate auction web site,

Each year, the tax certificate sale helps us collect delinquent property taxes.  This money is used to help fund our schools, law enforcement agencies and many other social services.

The BidMonroe process ensures fairness and improves competitiveness in the sale of tax certificates.  Investors will have easy access to relevant property and tax information directly from the web site. We hope you will take a moment to read through the auction procedures provided on the website.

In order to participate in the online sale you must complete the combined bidder registration and IRS W-9 form online, set a budget amount & pay 10% of anticipated purchases.  Reading the guidelines, rules and other material offered within this web site should answer most of your questions regarding the tax sale.   We welcome your participation in the Monroe County Tax Certificate Sale and hope you become a successful bidder.
